| Summary, etc. | RésuméCet article examine la dynamique d’innovation sociale à l’origine des services de garde-malade, apparus dans le champ de l’aide à domicile il y a une vingtaine d’années. À travers une lecture « polanyienne » de l’organisation socio-économique et des théories féministes sur le care, l’objectif est de proposer une grille d’analyse originale qui permet d’analyser le processus sous-jacent à cette innovation, ainsi que certains aspects des rapports de genre qui y sont en jeu. Il s’agit également de proposer des critères permettant de juger de la qualité d’une innovation sociale aboutie dans le champ de l’aide à domicile, et de les appliquer aux services auprès desquels la recherche a été menée en Wallonie. |

| Summary, etc. | The aim of this contribution is to analyze the dynamic of social innovation of home-care services. Based on the works of Polanyi which analyse socio-economic dynamics and on feminist theories in the field of care, we develop an original grid of analysis developing criteria to grasp the processes of social innovation and to highlight the peculiarities of gender relationships at stake in these services. We also suggest normative criteria to evaluate the quality of social innovation. We apply this conceptual framework to the empirical field of new home-care services, which have emerged 20 years ago, and provided to elderly dependents in Wallonia. |
