L’action publique requiert une posture d’observation sociale locale utile à l’animation territoriale, comme le révèle le travail d’observation mené par les responsables de la politique de la ville de l’agglomération de Grenoble avec l’appui d’universitaires sur les aspects méthodologiques. C’est à cette expérience locale de construction collective de production et d’usage de données socio-économiques à des fins politiques qu’est consacré cet écrit. |
