| Summary, etc. | Aujourd’hui, les acteurs du développement s’inquiètent de plus en plus de l’effet négatif que la crise économique qui sévit depuis 2008 peut avoir sur la mobilisation autour de la santé, notamment celle des plus pauvres. Dans ce papier, après avoir montré qu’a émergé à partir des années 2000 un nouveau régime d’aide à la santé, caractérisé par un accroissement spectaculaire des fonds alloués et une diversification des approches théoriques (développement socialement durable et sécurité), nous défendons la thèse selon laquelle la santé des pauvres n’est pas encore une priorité. |
