Les agents de l’ANPE Spectacle impliqués dans ce processus sont fréquemment confrontés à des dilemmes de sélection, dans la mesure où ils s’efforcent de satisfaire les demandes des recruteurs tout en privilégiant ceux qu’ils considèrent comme les usagers légitimes de la figuration, principalement des comédiens intermittents du spectacle. La position de dépendance des agents publics à l’égard des chargés de casting limite toutefois leur marge de manœuvre et les conduit à faire des compromis en coulisses. |
