Les arguments sur la futilité des guerres d'agression, formulés en 1909 par Norman Angel, semblent toujours d’actualité. La Russie ne peut rien gagner de cette guerre en termes économiques. Le concept de « monde russe » est à l'origine de la décision du déclenchement de la guerre. Ironiquement, à long terme, la Russie ne peut être réintégrée dans l'économie mondiale que si elle accepte les valeurs libérales réfutées et qu’elle subit une défaite militaire. |
