| Summary, etc. | Cet article décrit la complémentarité du cadre et du processus psychanalytique sous l’angle des principes organisationnels communs à l’ensemble des systèmes vivants. En prenant appui sur la théorie des systèmes autopoïétiques, qui se situe au croisement de la biologie, des sciences cognitives, de la sociologie et de la philosophie de l’esprit, nous démontrons comment la spécificité du cadre psychanalytique permet l’émergence d’une clôture opérationnelle qui confère son identité et son autonomie au processus psychanalytique. Celui-ci s’organise dès lors de manière analogue à l’appareil psychique et à son fonctionnement. L’article se termine en explorant les incidences de la perspective autopoïétique sur l’éthique et la méthode du clinicien dans sa pratique. |

| Summary, etc. | This article describes the complementarity of the setting and the psychoanalytic process from the angle of organizational principles common to life systems as a whole. Drawing on the theory of autopoietic systems, situated at the junction of biology, the cognitive sciences, sociology and the philosophy of mind, we show how the specificity of the psychoanalytic setting allows for the emergence of an operational closure that gives the psychoanalytic process its identity and autonomy. The latter may thus be said to be organized in a similar manner to the psychical apparatus and its functioning. The article concludes by exploring the impact of the autopoietic perspective on the ethics and the method of the clinician in his practice. |

| Summary, etc. | Este artículo describe la complementaridad del encuadre y el proceso psicoanalítico desde la perspectiva de los principios organizacionales comunes al conjunto de los sistemas vivos. Apoyándose en la teoría de los sistemas autopoiesicos, situada en el cruce de la biología, de las ciencias cognitivas, de la sociología y de la filosofía del espíritu, nosotros demostramos cómo lo específico del encuadre psicoanalítico permite la emergencia de un cerco operacional que otorga su identidad y autonomía al proceso psicoanalítico. Este se organiza pues de manera análoga al aparato psíquico y a su funcionamiento. El artículo termina explorando las incidencias de la perspectiva autopoiesica sobre la ética y el método del clínico en su práctica. |
