Octavien Ngenzy et Tito Barahira étaient désignés comme les rouages essentiels du génocide dans leur commune. Lors d’un voyage d’étude au Rwanda en octobre 2016, différents témoins du massacre commis à Kabarondo en 1994 et impliquant les deux bourgmestres ont été entendus : Oreste, Damascène, Irène et Jovite. |

Octavien Ngenzy and Tito Barahira were identified as key cogs in the machinery of genocide in their municipality. During a fact-finding visit to Rwanda in October 2016, several witnesses of the massacre committed in Kaborondo in 1994, in which the two mayors involved, were interviewed : Oreste, Damascène, Irène and Jovite. |
