| Summary, etc. | L’un des thèmes essentiels de l’œuvre de Raymond Lindon porte sur l’indépendance de la justice par rapport à l’exécutif. Cette indépendance concerne autant les magistrats du siège que ceux du parquet. Mais Lindon envisage et reconnaît aussi l’indépendance des magistrats des juridictions administratives. Cette indépendance de la justice est indissociable du respect de l’exécutif. Cela n’empêche toutefois pas Raymond Lindon de critiquer certaines influences de l’exécutif sur la justice. |

| Summary, etc. | One of the key themes in Raymond Lindon’s work is the independence of the justice system from the executive branch. This independence applies to both judges and prosecutors and Lindon also considers and recognises the independence of the administrative court judiciary. This independence of the judicial branch is inseparable from respect for the executive branch. This does not however preclude Raymond Lindon from criticising certain influences on the judicial branch by the executive. |
