| Summary, etc. | La figure de l’enfant précoce est une expression actuellement fort répandue. Elle interroge l’accueil de la temporalité propre du développement, de la place du corps pulsionnel de l’enfant, de l’infantile en soi et de ses manifestations inconscientes. Par le récit des premières consultations d’un très jeune enfant en présence de ses parents, nous illustrons l’idée qu’une précocité du fonctionnement de l’enfant pourrait conduire trop rapidement à une indication de psychothérapie, au détriment de la compréhension suffisante des échanges inconscients et conscients entre l’enfant et ses parents, et de leur cheminement thérapeutique nécessaire. Prendre le temps suffisant de l’élaboration en consultation avant toute proposition de séparation pour un traitement individuel se révèle indispensable, en regard tant du développement de l’enfant en pleine construction psychique que de l’infantile et des blessures narcissiques parentales. |

Through the account of the first consultations of a very young child in the presence of his parents, we illustrate the idea that an early functioning of the child could lead to quickly to an indication of psychotherapy, to the detriment of gaining a sufficient understanding of the unconscious and conscious interchanges between the child and his parents, and of the therapeutic path that is necessary. Taking sufficient time for elaboration in consultation before proposing any separation for individual treatment is essential, for both the development of the child in full psychic construction and the infantile part of the personality, as well as for parental narcissistic wounds. |

| Summary, etc. | La figura del niño precoz constituye en la actualidad una expresión muy extendida. La misma interroga la acogida de la temporalidad propia del desarrollo, del lugar del cuerpo pulsional del niño, de lo infantil en sí mismo y de sus manifestaciones inconscientes. A través del relato de las primeras consultas de un niño en presencia de sus padres, ilustramos la idea de que la precocidad en el funcionamiento del niño podría conducir demasiado rápido a una indicación de psicoterapia, en detrimento de la comprensión suficiente de los intercambios inconscientes y conscientes entre el niño y los padres, y del proceso terapéutico necesario. Acordar tiempo suficiente a la elaboración en la consulta antes de cualquier proposición de separación por un tratamiento individual resulta indispensable, tanto para el desarrollo del niño en plena construcción psíquica como de lo infantil y de las heridas narcisistas parentales. |
