Haag sur la construction du Moi corporel soutiennent les visées de la PPC : rester dans une préoccupation du corps du patient, tant que ce dernier n’a pu développer une attention et une symbolisation suffisante de ses éprouvés sensoriels et toniques pour leur faire place dans sa vie d’âme. Celle-ci peut pourtant être déjà, dans bien des cas, très développée. Une des ambitions de la PPC est de permettre que la personne secourable des premiers temps de la vie puisse advenir, comme objet interne structurant, sur une scène corporo-psychique plus tolérante à la possibilité de la détresse ; tout aussi important est l’étayage d’un tiers paternel protecteur sur un objet d’arrière-plan solide. C’est par la voie du corps que peuvent être retravaillés, et, espérons-le, transformés les traces des abandons, des attaques d’un surmoi primitif cruel, aussi bien que les retraits du patient dans des zones clivées lui interdisant l’intégration de mouvements objectaux primitifs. |

Haag on the construction of the bodily ego support the aims of BPP: to remain concerned about the patient’s body, as long as the latter has not been able to develop sufficient attention and symbolization of his sensory and tonic experiences to make room for them in his mental life. However, in many cases, this can already be well developed. One of the ambitions of BPP is to permit the helping person of the first stages of life to emerge, as a structuring internal object, on a body-psychic stage that is more tolerant of the possibility of distress; just as important is the leaning of a protective paternal third party on a solid background object. It is through the body that traces of abandonment, attacks of a cruel primitive superego, as well as the withdrawals of the patient into areas of splitting that prevent him or her from integrating primitive object-related impulses, can be reworked, and hopefully transformed. |

Haag sobre la construcción del Yo corporal apoyan el accionar de la PPC: seguir atentos al cuerpo del paciente, en tanto éste no haya podido desarrollar una atención y simbolización suficiente de sus experiencias sensoriales y tónicas para darles cabida en su vida de alma. No obstante, ésta ya puede en muchos casos, estar muy desarrollada. Una de las ambiciones de la PPC es permitir que la persona asistida desde los primeros tiempos de vida pueda alcanzar, en tanto que objeto interno estructurante, una escena corporo-psíquica más tolerante ante el desamparo; muy importante es también el apoyo de un tercero paterno protector y un objeto sólido algo distante. Es a través de la vía del cuerpo que pueden ser retrabajadas, y esperemos transformadas, las huellas de los abandonos, de los ataques de un superyó primitivo cruel, tanto como los alejamientos del paciente a zonas escindidas que prohíben la integración de movimientos objetales primitivos. |
