| Summary, etc. | Cet article se propose d’examiner la variété de l’expérience psychanalytique et l’une de ses origines, à savoir, l’expérimentation clinique et théorique dans l’œuvre de Sándor Ferenczi. Nous partons de sa définition de la psychanalyse comme méthode expérimentale et de l’affirmation que la psychanalyse serait une psychologie expérimentale pour essayer de comprendre l’importance de cette conception dans le développement postérieur de la pensée et de la clinique psychanalytiques. En parallèle, nous explorons certains aspects épistémologiques et cliniques qui rendent évidente la contribution du psychanalyste hongrois au développement de la psychanalyse contemporaine. En conclusion, nous cherchons à rapprocher la notion d’expérience psychanalytique à celle de réalité clinique, celle-ci comprise comme le contexte ou la situation où il existe une tension entre réalité psychique (et ses nombreuses expressions) et réalité matérielle ou externe (avec ses différentes formes d’effectivité). |

| Summary, etc. | The aim of this article is to examine the variety of psychoanalytic experience and one of its origins, namely, the clinical and theoretical experimentation in the work of Sándor Ferenczi. I will begin with his definition of psychoanalysis as an experimental method and the assertion that psychoanalysis is an experimental psychology and try to understand the importance of this conception in the subsequent development of psychoanalytic thinking and clinical practice. In parallel, I will explore certain epistemological and clinical aspects that make the contribution of the Hungarian psychoanalyst to the development of contemporary psychoanalysis evident. In conclusion, I will seek to compare the notion of psychoanalytic experience with that of clinical reality, understood as the context or situation where a tension exists between psychic reality (and its numerous forms of expression) and material or external reality (with its different forms of operational efficiency). |

| Summary, etc. | Este artículo se propone examinar la variedad en la experiencia psicoanalítica y uno de sus orígenes, a saber, la experimentación clínica y teórica en la obra de Sándor Ferenczi. Partimos de su definición del psicoanálisis como método experimental – y de la afirmación de que el psicoanálisis sería una psicología experimental – que intenta comprender la importancia de esta concepción en el desarrollo posterior del pensamiento y de la clínica psicoanalíticos. Paralelamente, exploramos algunos aspectos epistemológicos y clínicos que evidencian la contribución del psicoanalista húngaro al desarrollo del psicoanalista contemporáneo. Digamos para concluir que tratamos de acercar la noción de experiencia psicoanalítica y la de realidad clínica, concibiendo esta última como el contexto o la situación en en la que existe tensión entre realidad psíquica (con sus múltiples expresiones) y realidad material o externa (con sus variadas formas de efectividad). |
