| Summary, etc. | Cet article est né d’une réflexion partagée sur le cadre et l’écoute cliniques mobilisés auprès d’une patiente endeuillée (Emma) lorsque le thérapeute est lui aussi touché dans sa vie personnelle par un événement de même teneur dramatique. Autrement dit, nous nous penchons sur ce qui fait point de contact entre le vécu du patient et celui du clinicien. À la faveur d’un cas unique, Emma, nous avons aussi discuté les modalités de traitement du deuil et analysé comment l’objet d’amour passionnel pouvait rappeler de façon métonymique l’objet perdu, suspendre le deuil et contenir la douleur. Seule l’analyse des mouvements transférentiels et contre-transférentiels favorise une reprise de l’espace de pensée, et évite de tomber dans les pièges de l’identification, de la séduction mutuelle ou encore de la réparation dans le cadre thérapeutique. |

| Summary, etc. | This article was born out of a shared reflection on the clinical framework and listening skills used with a bereaved patient (Emma) when the therapist is also affected in his or her personal life by an event of similar dramatic content. In other words, we are looking at the point of contact between the patient’s experience and that of the clinician. With the help of a single case, Emma, we also discussed the ways in which mourning is treated and analyzed how the object of passionate love could metonymically recall the lost object, suspend mourning and contain the pain. Only the analysis of the transferential and counter-transferential movements favors a recovery of the space of thought and avoids falling into the traps of identification, mutual seduction or reparation in the therapeutic framework. |

| Summary, etc. | El artículo surge de una reflexión compartida en el encuadre y la escucha clínica movilizados en una paciente enlutada (Emma) cuando el terapeuta está también afectado en su vida personal por un acontecimiento de igual densidad dramática. Dicho de otra manera, nos adentramos en los puntos de contacto entre la vivencia de la paciente y la del analista. Mediando el caso singular de Emma, discutimos las modalidades del tratamiento del duelo y analizamos cómo el objeto de amor apasionado podía evocar de manera metonímica al objeto perdido, suspender el duelo y contener el dolor. Sólo el análisis de los movimientos transferenciales y contratransferenciales favorece retomar el espacio de pensamiento, y evita caer en las trampas de la identificación, de la seducción mutua e incluso de la reparación en el marco terapéutico. |
