| Summary, etc. | Intergenerational transmission from parent to newborn is often at the heart of the difficulties that arise between the baby and its parents, especially the mother who is responsible for primary care. Its effects on the child’s development may require support from a psychoanalyst and specialized consultations. This article presents two clinical situations involving early eating disorders and their impact on the maternal psyche whose function of nurturing is always a vector of anxiety and even depression, even in the most ordinary situations. The therapeutic work carried out with these dyads requires the psychoanalyst to be able to observe the interactions as well as to empathize with, and put into words, the psychological pain felt and expressed physically by the baby. |

| Summary, etc. | La transmisión intergeneracional de los padres al recién nacido está a menudo en el meollo de las dificultades que van ganado terreno entre el bebé y sus padres, y fundamentalmente la madre pues se ocupa de los cuidados básicos. Dichos efectos en el desarrollo del niño pueden propiciar una cita con el psicoanalista y la puesta en marcha de consultas especializadas. En este artículo exponemos dos situaciones clínicas que atañen a trastornos alimenticios precoces y su impacto en la psiquis materna para quien la función nutritiva es, incluso en situaciones banales, una fuente vectora de ansiedad, incluso de depresión. El trabajo terapéutico llevado con las díadas demanda por parte del analista cualidades en la observación de las interacciones y una capacidad de empatía y puesta en palabras de los dolores sentidos y expresados corporalmente por el bebé. |

| Summary, etc. | La transmission intergénérationnelle de parent à nouveau-né est souvent au cœur des difficultés qui s’installent entre le bébé et ses parents, principalement la mère qui a en charge les soins premiers. Ses effets sur le développement de l’enfant peuvent nécessiter l’appel au psychanalyste et la mise en place de consultations spécialisées. Nous présentons dans cet article deux situations cliniques autour des troubles alimentaires précoces et de leur impact sur la psyché maternelle pour qui la fonction nourricière est, même dans les situations banales, toujours vectrice d’anxiété, voire de dépression. Le travail thérapeutique mené avec ces dyades nécessite de la part du psychanalyste capacités d’observation des interactions et capacités d’empathie et de mise en mots des douleurs psychiques ressenties et exprimées corporellement par le bébé. |
