| Summary, etc. | En se plaçant à l’échelle locale, cet article vise à percevoir précisément les ramifications des nouvelles formes de mobilisation et, surtout, de la généalogie de l’apparition de nouveaux contenus. En établissant des passerelles entre les revendications, et notamment autour des questions du chômage et de la précarité, les électriciens se replacèrent au cœur des enjeux sociaux contemporains. Parallèlement et paradoxalement, la réorganisation du secteur électrique et son éclatement dans le cadre de l’ouverture à la concurrence renforcèrent les solidarités entre les militants. L’exemple girondin est significatif dans la mesure où cet éclatement existait déjà au niveau du département. |

| Summary, etc. | Starting from the local point of view, this article is aimed at grasping precisely the ramifications of the new forms of mobilization and, above all, the genealogy of the appearance of new contents. By establishing bridges between the claims and especially around the issues of unemployment and precariousness, electricians were able to position themselves at the heart of the present-day social challenges. In parallel and paradoxically, it is the reorganization of the electricity sector and its fragmentation in the frame of its opening to competition that have reinforced the solidarities existing between the militants. The Bordeaux example is significant insofar as this fragmentation was already at work at the level of the department. |
