| Summary, etc. | Le ministère de la Production industrielle, les comités d’organisation et l’Office central de répartition des produits industriels sont trois structures économiques nouvelles créées par l’État français en 1940. Ces instances sont chargées respectivement de diriger la politique industrielle, d’organiser les branches et de gérer les pénuries entraînées par la défaite de juin 1940 et l’occupation allemande. Le ministère de la Production industrielle instaure des délégations régionales placées sous l’égide d’un inspecteur général. L’étude de l’inspection générale de Dijon permet d’analyser la déclinaison régionale de ces nouvelles structures économiques et de questionner la réalité du discours de l’État français sur la nécessaire décentralisation. |

| Summary, etc. | The industrial production ministry, the organization committees and the central office for the industrial products distribution are three new economic structures created by the French state in 1940. These authorities are respectively in charge of drawing up the industrial policy, organizing sectors, and managing the shortages resulting from the June 1940 defeat and the German occupation. The industrial production ministry establishes regional delegations with a general inspector at their head. The study of the Dijon general inspection helps to analyse the regional organization of these new economic structures and discuss the necessary decentralization issue raised by the French State. |
