Summary, etc. | El coaching en empresa está ligado a una perspectiva de optimización de sí mismo, al asociar rendimiento y bienestar en el trabajo. El artículo propone reinscribir este dispositivo en una historia larga de las relaciones que existen entre psicología y gestión empresarial, tomada a partir del periodo de entreguerras y en el contexto francés. La vuelta a esta genealogía permite determinar el carácter específico de las ideologías del coaching –por un lado «la realización de sí mismo» y la figura del «emprendedor de sí mismo»; y por otra el «saber estar» y la figura del «manager-coach» o del «líder»–, y restituirlas al ámbito de las transformaciones del capitalismo. |
