Es más necesario que nunca considerar el lenguaje en toda su complejidad, para poder descifrar las omnipresentes noticias falsas en la era de la «postverdad», desde Trump a Bolsonaro, pasando por Orbán o Salvini. Sin embargo, ya sea mediante el uso del inglés «universal» o de la «rebabelización» de internet, también es necesario tener en cuenta las fuentes de incomunicación lingüística e intercultural, que hacen que la traducción ocupe un lugar central en la comprensión del mundo contemporáneo. |
