La potencia de cálculo y de análisis, a menudo combinada con una compilación de información producida en particular por los propios consumidores/ciudadanos/usuarios, es una fuente de progreso real: mejor asignación de los recursos, mejor adaptación de los productos y servicios a las necesidades, etc. Pero los algoritmos siguen siendo construcciones humanas y deben ser considerados como tales. Hay que entender su sesgo, relativizar su poder y su papel. Es necesaria una desmitificación. |
