| Summary, etc. | RéSUMé. — Cet article met en évidence l’existence du caractère continu des changements organisationnels et sociaux dans les entreprises. Il propose d’analyser ce « mouvement » comme une donnée spécifique, durable, et non comme l’émergence d’une nouvelle structure. En s’appuyant sur les perspectives de la sociologie de l’innovation et de l’organisation, l’article distingue un fort développement de l’activité organisatrice des firmes, associé à une faible capacité à structurer durablement l’organisation. Il souligne le caractère morcelé des apprentissages et l’existence de « dyschronies ». Reprenant les travaux de Simmel, il s’interroge finalement sur l’autonomie des règles par rapport à l’action. |

| Summary, etc. | SUMMARY. — This article underlines the continuous trend of social and organizational changes in firms. It intends to analyze this « movement » as a specific, long-standing process, instead of a new structure appearing in the organization. This text relies on the theoretical perspectives of the sociology of organization and the sociology of innovation, and it points out a strong development of the organizational activities of the firms, associated with a weak capacity to structure the organization on a permanent basis. It also underlines the splits in the training and the presence of « dyschronies ». Following Simmel’s analyses, it at last questions the autonomy of rules compared to action. |
