| Summary, etc. | La digitalización ha puesto el mundo patas arriba, las tecnologías de Inteligencia Artificial [IA] lo están transformando. En medicina y sanidad, esta evolución, impulsada por una bioeconomía en expansión, está en marcha impactando en la asistencia, la prevención, la salud, las organizaciones, la formación. Y es que las IA, que a menudo están muy desconectadas de la clínica real, no están, además, exentas de riesgos. Frente a esto, la Garantía Humana a la francesa o la Supervisión Humana europea que se está debatiendo actualmente para regularlas, sólo localizan parcialmente los problemas. La psiquiatría, especialmente involucrada por el desarrollo de las IA a través del modelo “cerebro-ordenador” y su riqueza de datos masivos (big data) en salud mental, tiene la especificidad de aprehender la complejidad de la clínica. Teórica y prácticamente, puede contribuir de forma decisiva a una Garantía Humana Mejorada para un uso de las IA marcado con sensatez colectiva. |
