| Summary, etc. | Las condiciones de trabajo se han globalmente agravado en Europa: estrés, acoso sexual o moral, «burn-out»(agotamiento), adicciones, etc., son los nuevos males del trabajo, agrupados bajo la expresión «riesgos psicosociales». Investigaciones sobre los contextos del trabajo que engendran esos sufrimientos han permitido la emergencia de conceptos y de herramientas para analizar, evaluar y sobre todo prevenir esos riesgos. En el momento en que la crisis sanitaria y la generalización del teletrabajo contribuyeron a agravar la situación, una legislación europea que trate esos riesgos en particular se hace indispensable. Sindicatos, Parlamento Europeo, institutos de investigación reclaman una directiva europea. |
