Summary, etc. | This article sets out to deconstruct the notion of success in joining the world of work by contrasting the actual route followed by learners with the ideal one presented in the ISP plan embodied in the law of 27 April 1995. Here we are following up the findings of a study entitled “What idea do people studying to improve their literacy form of their courses as a way into work? Challenges and issues for the ISP-Alpha area of education.” The study shows that the passage towards work taken by such learners is anything but straightforward. We shall also demonstrate the gap that exists between notions of time that pervade industrial society and the time in which learners and those on courses live. |

Summary, etc. | Este artículo propone deconstruir la noción de éxito asociado a los procesos de integración socio-profesional, mediante la comparación entre la trayectoria real de los alumnos y su ideal, tal y como es planteado por el dispositivo ISP enmarcado en el decreto de 27 de abril de 1995. Se trata también de extender el análisis realizado en el estudio “¿Qué representaciones tienen los alumnos y cursillistas en cursos de alfabetización sobre su recorrido de formación hacia el empleo? Problemas y desafíos para el sector de la formación ISP-Alpha”. Este estudio muestra la no linealidad de las trayectorias de formación y profesionales de los cursillistas en alfabetización. Además, pone de relieve la brecha que a veces existe entre el tiempo dominante de la sociedad industrial y los tiempos vividos por los alumnos y cursillistas. |
