| Summary, etc. | Este artículo pretende revisar conceptos y justificaciones utilizados para la toma de decisión de decretar un estado de desamparo en un niño/a o adolescente. Partiendo del instrumento creado y utilizado para la valoración de la desprotección infantil, se pretende hacer una reflexión del periodo perinatal y las circunstancias generadas por la enfermedad mental perinatal. Se intenta poner en énfasis la protección del vínculo maternofilial y la necesidad de crear recursos especializados de atención a las madres e hijos que viven circunscritos en la enfermedad mental perinatal. |
