| Summary, etc. | Aims: Systematize an updated and expanded preliminary adaptation of instruments, which serves as Psychological Research for the study of the complex vicissitudes located in perinatality and early childhood, for Primary Health Care. Methods: Pilot Study - Empirical - Exploratory. Instrumental unification for Psychological Research is carried out. These instruments were the Perinatal Psychological Interview, the Child Development Observation Instrument and the Perinatal Clinical History. Results: Version n.º 1 of the Research and instructions for its administration were obtained. It was administered to 15 women from 18 to 37 years old. Subsequently, they were subjected to self-evaluation and evaluation by an expert jury. Version n.º 2 was obtained, which will be applied on a large scale, in a second stage, for its optimization. Conclusions: The Research will allow early detection and preventive action in primary health care, incorporating the psychosocial dimension, the statistical record and a perinatal epidemiological analysis. |

| Summary, etc. | Objetivos: Sistematizar una adaptación preliminar actualizada y ampliada de instrumentos, que sirva como Pesquisa Psicológica para el estudio de las complejas vicisitudes emplazadas en perinatalidad y primera infancia, para Atención Primaria de Salud. Métodos: Estudio Piloto - Empírico - Exploratorio. Se realiza unificación instrumental para la Pesquisa Psicológica. Dichos instrumentos fueron la Entrevista Psicológica Perinatal, el Instrumento de Observación del Desarrollo Infantil y la Historia Clínica Perinatal. Resultados: Se obtuvo la versión n.° 1 de la Pesquisa y un instructivo para su administración. Fue administrada a 15 mujeres de 18 a 37 años. Posteriormente, fueron sometidas a autoevaluación y valoración de jurado experto. Se obtuvo la versión n.° 2, que será aplicada a gran escala, en una segunda etapa, para su optimización. Conclusiones: La Pesquisa permitirá la detección temprana y actuación preventiva en la atención primaria de la salud, incorporando la dimensión psicosocial, el registro estadístico y un análisis epidemiológico perinatal. |
