| Summary, etc. | Aunque los minipúblicos deliberativos gozan de una creciente popularidad, pocos han sido institucionalizados formalmente en los sistemas de gobierno. La Oregon Citizens’ Initiative Review (CIR) es un minipúblico al que se le ha acordado tal legitimidad mediante su adopción como parte del proceso de referéndum de iniciativa ciudadana en Oregón. La CIR conecta el trabajo del minipúblico con el conjunto del cuerpo cívico mediante la redacción de una Declaración Ciudadana en la que los votantes pueden apoyarse para determinar su voto en los referendos de iniciativa ciudadana.
