Pero puede mirar al futuro y seguir ayudando a resolver muchos problemas concretos. A través de sus diversos organismos especializados, la ONU podrá así adaptarse a un mundo cuyas cuestiones y actores han sufrido cambios fundamentales desde la Carta de 1945. |
