El largo legado de las relaciones con Moscú se desmoronó. El cambio de época obligó a revisarlo todo: los medios de defensa nacionales y europeos, el abastecimiento energético, las relaciones con otros socios como China. Todo ello sin dejar de reafirmar la necesidad de una Europa geopolítica y la centralidad de la OTAN. |
