| Summary, etc. | En este artículo, el autor presenta un estudio pragmático de un caso de adicción al alcohol. Este estudio da cuenta de una psicoterapia sistémica y estratégica de dieciséis sesiones; el autor evaluó su impacto en la sintomatología cruzada con una medida de alianza terapéutica. Los resultados muestran que, aunque la alianza terapéutica es esencial, no es suficiente por sí misma para explicar la mejoría del paciente. Igualmente, para este caso en particular, la aplicación del modelo de intervención sistémica y estratégica parece haber tenido efectos durante un periodo de tiempo (tres meses de seguimiento). |
