En este artículo nos proponemos analizar hasta qué punto este enfoque es más complejo que la simple distinción entre las dimensiones de seguridad y salud. También queremos destacar la diversidad de los actores implicados y sus acciones para intentar responder a la cuestión del crack como problema público. Mostramos cómo este problema es objeto de múltiples enfoques que implican perspectivas epidemiológicas, asistenciales y de ecología urbana, atravesadas por lógicas de salud pública y de seguridad pública. |
