Estas diferentes presiones asociadas a una discusión más profunda de la misión y el rol de las empresas nos llevan a cuestionar la responsabilidad de esos actores. Si, el tema ha sido bastante tratado por las teorías de la gobernanza, este artículo se interesa por caracterizar empíricamente, a partir de los discursos de los propios dirigentes, sus principales lógicas de compromiso que reflejan, dentro del contexto organizacional, la definición de su propia responsabilidad. |
