Sobre la base de un estudio cuantitativo, este trabajo muestra la influencia de la marca empleador, que se define como los beneficios proporcionados por una organización en su papel de empleador, en las cinco dimensiones de la fidelidad con el enfoque EVLN (Exit, Voice, Loyalty, Neglect), a saber: la baja propensión a buscar un nuevo trabajo, el compromiso afectiva, el rendimiento de tarea y contextual (altruismo y conciencia profesional). |
