| Summary, etc. | Presentamos un modelo para comprender la clínica de los actos sexuales del niño a través de la activación de un mecanismo de destructividad por encastre. Por medio de la presentación y análisis de un estudio de caso, constataremos que los actos sexuales son también reveladores del funcionamiento familiar e institucional. Discutiremos los efectos de esta revelación en los grupos afectados, en particular la capacidad perturbadora, incluso destructiva, que tiene. Al desarrollarse en un entorno debilitado por una historia traumática o incluso transgeneracional, descubriremos que los actos sexuales pueden dar lugar a un «entrelazamientos grupales de actos interactivos» ante el malestar a la espera de una regulación. |
