| Summary, etc. | L’une des transformations majeures des organisations publiques et privées ces dernières années est relative à la place toujours plus importante prise par l’innovation collaborative et sa capacité à « faire produire autrement » en renouvelant les processus de conception. Un des postulats de ces approches est qu’en organisant des échanges ouverts avec des parties prenantes variées, fournisseurs, partenaires, utilisateurs finaux, etc. il sera possible de gagner en pertinence grâce à la coopération. Nous avons invité les auteurs du dossier à se saisir de cette démarche autour de deux axes. Le premier s’est attaché à identifier et déconstruire les discours d’accompagnement autour du « tournant numérique » de l’innovation collaborative. Le second visait à mieux identifier les logiques artefactuelles dans lesquelles se construit l’innovation collaborative. |
