N’existe-t-il pas des contraintes structurelles qui orientent l’exercice de la liberté pédagogique des enseignants-chercheurs ? On peut estimer que les programmes de certains concours ou examens auxquels mènent les études en droit ou encore l’approche par compétences pourraient être vus à la fois comme des freins et des leviers conditionnant la place donnée aux enjeux de la transition écologique. Le rôle de ces contraintes structurelles reste toutefois encore très indéterminé. |
