| Summary, etc. | Cette contribution s’inscrit dans le prolongement d’une première réflexion (Gravereaux, 2021) dans laquelle nous essayions de rapprocher sciences de l’information et de la communication et sciences du design pour analyser et qualifier de nouvelles formes de collaboration au travail. Nous avançons ici quelques éléments de réflexion critique à propos de la mobilisation du design au sein de projets numériques « innovants », projets dont les modalités de mise en œuvre cadrent des processus de décomplexification – recomplexification des organisations du travail. En filigrane, pour illustrer la performativité des pratiques de design, nous reprendrons des éléments d’observation de différents terrains en organisation de santé. |

| Summary, etc. | This work is part of a first reflection (Gravereaux, 2021) in which we tried to bring together information and communication science and design science to analyse and qualify for new forms of collaboration at work. Here, we put forward some elements of critical reflection on how the mobilization of design in its practice and in its discourse around “innovative” digital projects contributes to the complexification – re complexification of organizations. As a watermark, to illustrate the performativity of design practices, we will use field observation elements. |
