En effet, la nouvelle constitution a reconnu clairement le droit à un environnement sain et équilibrée, un objectif de développement durable qui gouverne une grande partie des dispositions constitutionnelles, un droit à l’eau, la protection du patrimoine, la lutte contre la pollution et la protection du climat... La constitution tunisienne s’inscrit ainsi dans la nouvelle génération des constitutions du XXIe siècle. |
