| Summary, etc. | Depuis quelques années, la préoccupation du public quant à l’impact sanitaire et environnemental des ondes et champs électromagnétiques n’a cessé de grandir au fur et à mesure du développement à vaste échelle des nouvelles technologies qui en sont à l’origine. Quelle réponse vient apporter la loi n° 2015-136 du 9 février 2015 relative à l’exposition aux ondes électromagnétiques ? Ce texte de compromis conduit à évincer le mal-aimé principe de précaution au profit d’un succédané, l’objectif de « sobriété », et à conforter les principes d’information et de participation, qui suscitent bien moins d’oppositions dans leur mise en œuvre. |
