| Summary, etc. | Le droit de l’eau (continentale) de l’été 2022 à l’été 2024 n’a pas connu de bouleversement majeur. Le droit européen s’est étoffé en matière de pesticides, d’eaux résiduaires urbaines, d’eau potable et d’énergie. S’agissant de la réglementation des usages, on peut regretter les renoncements résultant du double souci de développer les énergies décarbonées et d’apaiser la colère des agriculteurs, tout en reconnaissant certains progrès réglementaires et ambitions juridictionnelles. |
