| Summary, etc. | L’industrie nucléaire civile ou militaire s’est développée en France pendant les vingt premières années (de 1945 à 1963) en dehors de tout cadre juridique.Au cours des dix années suivantes (de 1965 à 1975), six centrales nucléaires (filière uranium graphite gaz) ont été définitivement fermées et un programme très ambitieux de construction de 58 réacteurs à eau pressurisée a été lancé sans le moindre débat parlementaire.Il a fallu attendre l’année 1991 pour qu’une loi s’intéresse enfin au démantèlement des centrales et au devenir des déchets radioactifs, mais cette loi ne résout rien, elle ne fait que poser des questions sans réponses.Les années 2000 marquent le début d’une contestation par les voies du droit. Cet article dresse un inventaire succinct de ces contentieux engagés par les associations de protection de l’environnement. |

| Summary, etc. | The civil or military nuclear industry was developed in France during the first twenty years (from 1945 to 1963) outside any legal framework.Over the next ten years (from 1965 to 1975) six nuclear power plants (uranium graphite gas sector) were closed down and a very ambitious program to build 58 pressurized water reactors was launched without any parliamentary debate.It was not until the year 1991 that a law is finally concerned with the dismantling of power stations and the future of radioactive waste, but this law does not solve anything it only asks questions without answers.The 2000’s mark the beginning of a legal challenge. This article provides a brief inventory of these litigations led by environmental NGO’s. |
