| Summary, etc. | Si dans l’inconscient collectif, le logement est un lieu où l’on se sent en sécurité, son impact sur la santé est pourtant bien connu. On peut être mal logé ou résider dans un environnement source de risques sanitaires. L’habitat humain peut lui-même être polluant et un facteur influant du point de vue sanitaire. L’obligation d’information environnementale devrait permettre à l’occupant d’exercer son droit à vivre dans un environnement sain. Pourtant, l’analyse des pratiques révèle les failles nombreuses des procédés d’information juridique relatives aux questions sanitaires. Ce constat conduit à proposer d’autres méthodes d’information sur le logement, plus exhaustives et bénéficiant à tous. |

This observation leads us to propose other methods of information on housing, which are more exhaustive and benefiting everyone. |
