Il s’agit de l’innovation scientifique, technologique, sociale, économique, mais aussi et avant tout, de l’innovation juridique. En effet, le droit joue un rôle de levier des autres innovations et non plus d’obstacle à l’innovation fondamentale pour la transition vers des modèles de développement plus durable. |
