La thèse de cet article est que l’idée de biens communs environnementaux occupe une place subsidiaire de l’idée de biens collectifs environnementaux et qu’en dépit de cela, il se produit un effet final très semblable à ce que l’on poursuit avec l’idée des biens communs : garantir la libre accessibilité et la gestion collective. |

The thesis of this article is that the idea of environmental commons occupies a subsidiary place of the idea of environmental collective goods and that despite this, there is a final effect very similar to what is pursued with the idea of common goods: ensuring free accessibility and collective management. |
