| Summary, etc. | Droit traditionnel spécifique de l’Europe du Nord, le droit de tout un chacun constitue un exemple de la juridicisation des communs environnementaux. Droit fondamental nordique difficilement classable, il permet à la fois de protéger l’environnement et de permettre à toute personne de bénéficier des ressources naturelles au nom de la justice environnementale. Générant parfois quelques sources de conflit, les pays du Nord de l’Europe protègent et perpétuent malgré tout ce droit au même titre que le droit de propriété. |

Nordic fundamental right whose classification is not easy, it allows to protect the environment and also everyone to benefit of natural resources on behalf of environmental justice.
