| Summary, etc. | L’évaluation internationale des programmes de « santé intégrée » ( One Health), situés à la confluence entre les santés humaine, animale et environnementale, accorde pour l’instant peu d’importance aux enjeux environnementaux. Les causes en sont multiples : initiatives scientifiques et diplomatiques concurrentes, interdisciplinarité inédite et complexe, mobilisation asynchrone entre les institutions multilatérales concernées (OMS, OMSA, FAO et désormais également PNUE). Les indicateurs retenus pour mesurer les atteintes à l’environnement constituent une part congrue des évaluations, et concernent essentiellement la biodiversité et les changements climatiques, notamment via les Objectifs de développement durable (ODD). |

| Summary, etc. | “One Health” (OH) programs lay at the core of human, animal and environmental health approaches. Yet international evaluations of OH programs give little attention to environmental concerns. This neglect is multicausal: an asynchronous mobilisation of multilateral organisations related to OH (WHO, WOAH, FAO and later UNEP), competing scientific and diplomatic initiatives, complex and unprecedented interdisciplinary challenges. This weak environmentalisation of OH evaluations is blatant in the small number and anthropocentric bias of indicators selected to measure environmental damages, most of them being related to biodiversity and climate change, mainly through Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) approaches. |
