| Summary, etc. | Parmi les professions du droit qui contribuent à la construction de la doctrine juridique, les avocats tendent à occuper un rôle de plus en plus important tant par les écrits dans les revues juridiques, les ouvrages publiés les formations universitaires, le développement de la « blogosphère juridique », les think tanks (club des juristes)… La recherche menée a pour objet de se demander s’il existe des spécificités quant à l’apport des avocats à la doctrine en matière de droit de l’environnement par rapport à d’autres branches du droit. Dans un deuxième temps la question est posée de savoir dans quelle mesure la doctrine « des avocats de l’environnement » peut répondre aux critères d’indépendance, de scientificité et de fonction critique consubstantiels au droit de l’environnement. |

| Summary, etc. | Several legal professions contribute to the construction of the legal doctrine. The lawyers play a more and more an important role by the way of legal journal articles, legal literature, university education and continuing education, legal ‘think tanks’, legal blogs… This phenomenon develops on a continuous and varied way but it has not been analyzed in its entirely and its maximum extent, even if some voluminous studies have been made about the growth of ‘legal biosphere’. The spike of the legal web was accompanied by controversies about the importance of these mutations. The independence and the critical function of the doctrine were discussed. Several authors refer to many benefits: free access to legal knowledge, democratization and interactivity… All the fields of law are concerned. However, we wonder whether there is specificities concerning the lawyer’s contribution to the environmental legal doctrine by comparison with the others fields of law. We will also try to determine if the lawyers’ environmental doctrine could satisfy the criteria of independence, scientificity and critical function, which are consubstantial with the environmental law. |
