Le recours à sa pratique d’enseignante en droit des conflits de lois lui permet de réfléchir en tant que chercheuse à la dimension performative de l’enseignement et au rôle que joue le goût qu’éprouvent les juristes pour l’esthétique du savoir juridique. Summary, etc. | How could we take our experience in teaching law as a field of research ? I deal with this question starting from the work of the anthropologist and lawyer Annelise Riles. The use of her practice as a teacher of conflict of laws allows her to explore the performative dimension of teaching and the taste that lawyers have for the aesthetics of legal knowledge. This experience raises questions about the implications of such an enquiry for lawyers and the place that the teacher and the researcher takes within this enquiry. |
