| Summary, etc. | L’arrivée de la pandémie du Coronavirus covid-19 mobilise l’attention de la communauté internationale, d’autant plus que l’inquiétude qui porte sur l’apparition d’autres pandémies majeure est réelle. À cet égard, un traité international pourrait faire partie de l’arsenal juridique pour lutter contre les nouveaux virus. Bien que nombre de mesures novatrices prises dans ce cadre juridique soient essentielles, les concepts qui les porteront devront faire progresser « l’intérêt public » dans la prévention et la gestion des maladies infectieuses. Cet objectif semble difficile à atteindre tant le point essentiel réside dans le fait de donner une acception réaliste aux dispositions normatives. |

In this regard, an international treaty could form part of a legal framework to combat new viruses.
