| Summary, etc. | Dans cet article nous proposons une analyse info communicationnelle de la transition numérique. Nous décrivons les technologies numériques en termes de dispositifs d’information et de communication et nous analysons les activités communicationnelles en utilisant la Sémiotique des Transactions Coopératives (STC) dont nous proposons une actualisation significative en introduisant les régimes de conversation. La conversation est une relation entre un ou des sujets, cadrée par plusieurs types de dispositifs qui définissent son régime: (1) un ou des types de dispositifs d’accès info-communicationnels permettant de participer à la conversation, (2) un dispositif narratif/cognitif ancré dans des formations discursives qui attribuent des rôles actantiels typifiés aux sujets et aux artefacts médiateurs, et enfin, (3) un dispositif signifiant lié à un système de signes relevant de différents niveaux de pertinence en regard des situations d’activité. L’article se conclut par la présentation d’un cas de transition numérique issu d’une innovation ascendante et transgressive basée sur l’utilisation de smartphones dans le domaine de la sécurité publique. |

| Summary, etc. | In this article, we offer an information communication analysis of the digital transition. We describe digital technologies in terms of information and communication devices, and we analyze communicational activities using the Semiotics of Cooperative Transactions (STC), which we propose to significantly update by introducing conversation regimes. Conversation is a relationship between one or more subjects, framed by several types of devices that define its regime: (1) one or more types of info-communicational access devices allowing to participate in the conversation, (2) a narrative / cognitive device anchored in discursive formations which attribute typified actantial roles to subjects and mediating artefacts, and finally, (3) a signifier device anchored in systems of signs and languages which define the level of semiotic relevance of expressions. The article concludes by presenting a case of digital transition resulting from bottom-up and transgressive innovation based on the use of smartphones in the field of public safety. |
