Luxembourg est une décision majeure sur l’évolution de la protection conventionnelle des lanceurs d’alerte. Par un « affinage » des critères traditionnellement retenus par la Cour afin de délimiter l’étendue de cette protection, la Grande Chambre provoque une évolution en demi-teinte de cette jurisprudence. Des critiques peuvent être adressées à ce raisonnement ainsi qu’à la motivation de la démarche méthodologique de la Cour, notamment en ce qui concerne sa conception de la procéduralisation du contrôle. |

| Summary, etc. | The judgment of the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights in Halet v. Luxembourg is a major decision on the evolution of the conventional protection of whistleblowers. By “refining” the criteria traditionally used by the Court to define the scope of this protection, the Grand Chamber has brought about a mixed development in this case law.
