Il s’interroge ensuite sur les enjeux, les défis de leur durabilité, mais aussi les fonctions de telles logiques capitalistes pour les réseaux d’acteurs impliqués au regard tant du contexte plus large de la mondialisation économique, que de celui plus restreint du chaos institutionnel congolais. |

| Summary, etc. | Fund transfer companies operating between Switzerland and the Democratic Republic of Congo This article begins with the life-stories of two Congolese-Zairean businessmen now living in Switzerland, where each has created a fund transfer company towards Congo-Zaire, mainly for compatriots. It explores the risks and the challenges to their survival, as well as the role that such capitalistic ventures play in the larger context of economic globalisation as well as in the narrower context of institutional chaos to be found in today’s Congo. |
